Shipping Speed
Your order will be processed immediately upon receipt and handed over to shipping as quickly as possible.
Since many of our items are made to order, the regular delivery time is 5–7 business days.

Please note: delivery times may vary depending on the destination country.
Express shipping (subject to a fee) is dispatched within 24 hours of order receipt.
Shipping Costs
All our orders are shipped as insured parcels to provide security in the event of loss.
Shipping costs vary by destination:

Germany: 5.95 EUR
Free shipping for orders over 150 EUR -
European Union (EU): 15.00 EUR
Free shipping for orders over 150 EUR -
Outside the EU: 45.00 EUR
Free shipping for orders over 350 EUR -
United States: 75.00 EUR
Free shipping is not available
Please note that packages sent outside the EU may be subject to customs duties and import taxes in the destination country. These charges must be covered by the recipient. Shipments to non-EU countries cannot be delivered to parcel stations.
Express shipping is available for 45.00 EUR and is offered only within the EU.
If you place multiple orders within a short period of time, we will do our best to combine them into one shipment.
Once your order is on its way, you will receive a separate email with tracking details, so you can monitor the delivery status of your parcel. If the tracking link does not work, you can also enter your tracking number directly on the DHL website to follow the shipment.
Returns / Exchanges
We care deeply about helping you make conscious choices when selecting your favorite pieces, to help avoid unnecessary returns. To support this, we offer a variety of product photos, detailed descriptions, and a size guide.

If your order still doesn’t meet your expectations, you can return items within 15 days of receipt.
