Shipping policy

Delivery speed

Your orders will be processed immediately after receipt and handed over to the shipping department as soon as possible. Since we manufacture many of our items to order, the delivery time is usually 5-7 business days. If you need an order in a special hurry, please contact service@femkit.dedirectly.

Wedding dresses and custom made items are shipped within 21 business days. Delivery times may vary depending on the country of destination.

Chargeable express deliveries are made within 24 hours after receipt of order.

Shipping costs

Each of our shipments is sent as a package to be insured in case of loss. Depending on the destination country, the costs are distributed as follows:

• The costs for standard shipping within Germany are 5,95 EUR and within the EU 15,00 EUR. From an order value of 99 EUR, deliveries within Germany are free of shipping costs. From an order value of 150 EUR, deliveries within the EU are free of shipping costs.
  
  
• Shipping costs outside the EU are 45,00 EUR. From an order value of 350 EUR, deliveries outside the EU are free of shipping costs.
  Please note that packages are subject to customs and import duties of the country to which the order is shipped. These costs must be paid by the recipient. Please note that deliveries to packing stations in third countries are not possible.
  
  
• The cost for express shipping is 45 EUR. Express shipping is only possible inner Germany.
  

If you place several orders in quick succession, we will do our best to combine them into one package and ship it to you.

As soon as your order is on its way to you, you will receive a separate email with the shipment details, so that you can track your package from that point on. If the tracking link does not work, you can also enter your tracking number on the DHL site and track the package there.

Return/Exchange

It is very important to us to support you in the conscious selection of your favourite items in order to avoid unnecessary returns. We provide you with a variety of photos of our items, detailed descriptions and our size chart. If you have any further questions regarding the selection of articles or size allocation, please feel free to contact us at any time at service@femkit.de.

If an order does not meet your expectations, you can exchange or return ordered items within 30 days.

Returns are free of charge from a value of 100 EUR within Germany and the EU. Please send an e-mail to: service@femkit.de

You will then receive a return slip for the free return.
