Legal revocation instruction

1st right of revocation

You have the right to cancel this contract within thirty days without giving any reason. The revocation period is thirty days from the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, have taken possession of the goods.

You can exercise your right of withdrawal by informing us of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear declaration (e.g. a letter or e-mail sent by post). You can use the attached sample cancellation form for this purpose, which is, however, not mandatory.

To meet the cancellation deadline, it is sufficient that you send the notice of exercise of the right of withdrawal.

2. cancellation consequences
If you cancel this contract, we have all payments that we have received from you (with the exception of costs resulting from the fact that you have chosen a type of delivery other than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us), immediately and no later than fourteen days from the day on which the notification of your cancellation of this contract or the item is received by us. For this repayment, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no case will you be charged for this repayment.

The return of goods is free of charge within Germany and the EU from a value of goods of 40€. If you wish to exchange or return goods, you can send an e-mail to: service@femkit.de
You will then receive a return slip for the free return.

We may refuse to refund you until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever is the earlier.

You must return or hand over the goods to us without undue delay and in any event no later than thirty days from the day on which you notify us of the cancellation of this contract. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the expiry of the period of thirty days.

You will only have to pay for any loss in value of the goods if this loss in value is due to the handling of the goods which is not necessary for the inspection of the condition, properties and functioning of the goods.

3. note on exceptions
The right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts for the delivery of goods that are not prefabricated and whose manufacture requires an individual selection or determination by the consumer or which are clearly tailored to the personal needs of the consumer.
