Refund policy

Legal Right of Withdrawal

1. Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 15 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period begins on the day you or a third party designated by you, who is not the carrier, received the goods.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, a simple notification by email or post is sufficient, or you can register your return via our returns portal:

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient to send your notice in time.

2. Consequences of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we will refund all payments received from you (excluding any costs for shipping methods other than our standard option) within 14 days of receiving your return or withdrawal notification.

Refunds will be made using the same payment method you used for the original transaction. You will not incur any fees for this refund.

We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back or you have provided proof that you have returned the goods—whichever is earlier.

3. Return Conditions

  • Returns must be made within 15 days of receiving the goods.

  • Items must be in original condition: unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and with all tags attached.

  • Items showing signs of use or damage that were not previously reported may be excluded from the refund.

  • Returns are made at your own risk. Please keep the shipping receipt as proof.

  • Items returned accidentally or unsolicited will not be refunded.

  • In case of damaged or faulty items, please contact our customer service at service[at]femkit.de.

4. Return Costs

For returns within Germany and the EU, we charge a return fee, which will be deducted from your refund:

  • Within Germany: a flat rate of 5.95 EUR

  • Within the EU: a flat rate of 15.00 EUR

Items must be returned in original condition (unworn, unwashed, unaltered, with tags). Returns are made at your own risk. Please keep the proof of return shipping.

5. Exchanges

Direct exchanges are not possible.
If you need a different size or color, please return the original item and place a new order.

6. Exclusions from the Right of Withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply to items that:

  • are made to order or

  • are clearly tailored to your personal needs.
