Ordering process
You can order from us as a guest or create your own customer account. If you would like to order from us, simply log in with your email address and your personal password.
If you would like to make changes to your order after receiving your order confirmation, please contact our customer service as soon as possible at service@femkit.de
We strive to process your orders as quickly as possible and therefore have only a limited time to make adjustments.
You can view and change your personal data at any time under the menu item “My Account” – “Account Details”.
If you have forgotten your password, you can select "Forgot password" when logging in. After entering your email address, you will receive a link to reset your password.
Payment process
You have different options to choose from for your payment.
Please note that for each payment you will be redirected to the website of the respective payment provider to complete the payment.
We can only process and ship your order once payment has been successfully completed.
The option to purchase on account is carried out by our partner Klarna.
As soon as your order has been shipped, you will receive your invoice by email with the payment steps and a request to pay the invoice within 14 days. Please also check your spam folder.
If you cannot find an email from our partner, we can send you the invoice again at any time.
Our return period is 30 days. If you return parts of your order after the 14-day payment period has expired, our partner will refund the amount already paid to your account.

Please note that we cannot provide any precise background information if payment by invoice is rejected by our partner in individual cases. You can contact Klarna customer service directly here
You can easily enter vouchers and discount codes when paying. The corresponding amounts will then be credited to your account.
Please note that discount codes must be applied before completing the order and checking out, as we are unfortunately unable to credit them afterwards.
Please also note that individual discount promotions cannot be combined with one another.
Shipment
We ship our items worldwide. Shipping costs depend on the
destination country and the order value:
Germany:
Standard shipping: €5.95
Free shipping on orders over €99
Within the EU:
Standard shipping: €15.00
Free shipping on orders over €150
Non-EU countries (excluding Germany and the USA):
Standard shipping: €45.00
Free shipping on orders over €350
United States:
Shipping costs: €75.00
Free shipping is not available
Please note that for deliveries to countries outside the EU,
additional customs duties and import taxes may apply. These costs are the
responsibility of the recipient. In addition, delivery to parcel stations in
non-EU countries is not possible.
Express shipping:
Express shipping is only available within the EU and costs €45.00.
If the tracking link does not work, you can also enter your tracking number on
the DHL website and track your parcel there.

We can also deliver your order to a Packstation. Please enter your postal code in the "Address supplement" field. The term "Packstation" and the Packstation number are entered in the "Address" field. Shipments to third countries are not delivered to Packstations.
We ship our products using DHL parcel shipping.
Within the EU, we can ship your order faster upon request for an additional fee of €45.
If a package cannot be delivered, it will automatically be returned to us.
If you have any problems with the delivery of your order, please contact service@femkit.de at any time. We will then take care of tracking your package.
Returns and credits
If an order does not meet your expectations, you may return your items within 15 days.

After checking the items you have returned, we will immediately issue a refund for the respective order value. Processing will take place in accordance with our terms and conditions within 14 days of receipt of your return.
Refunds will always be made using the same payment method as the item. The actual credit to your account or credit card depends on the provider of your respective payment service.
Miscellaneous
You can also discover our dresses at our Berlin concept store. You will find us at Danziger Str. 174, 10407 Berlin.
We produce our dresses in exclusive small series and based on limited fabric stocks. However, our classics are released time and again in new variations. You can receive regular updates on this in our newsletter.
In the event of a complaint, you can contact our service team directly at service@femkit.de . Please include photos of the item you are complaining about in your email. We will find a solution immediately.
You can purchase Femkit gift vouchers in our webshop as well as in our concept store .
Our newsletter regularly informs you about new products, discount campaigns and current offers. You can easily subscribe to it via our website.
