You can order from us as a guest or create your own customer account. If you want to order from us, you simply log in with your email address and your personal password.

We try to process your orders as quickly as possible and therefore only have a limited period of time to make adjustments.
You can view and change your personal data at any time under the menu item "My Account" - "Account Details".
If you have forgotten your password, you can select "Forgot your password" when you register. After entering your email address, you will then receive a link to reset your password.
You have different options to choose from for your payment. Please note that with every payment you will be redirected to the page of the respective payment provider in order to process the payment. We can only process and ship your order after the payment has been successfully completed.
The option to purchase on account is provided by our partner Klarna.
As soon as your order has been shipped, you will receive your invoice by email with the payment steps and a request to settle the invoice within 14 days. Please also check your spam folder. If you can't find an email from our partner, we can send you the invoice again at any time.
Our return period is 30 days, should you return parts of your order after the 14-day payment period has expired, our partner will refund the amount already paid to your account. You can find more information about Klarna here :

You can easily enter vouchers and discount codes when paying. The corresponding amounts will then be credited to you.
Please note that discount codes must be used before completing the order and checking out, as we can unfortunately no longer credit them afterwards.
Please also note that individual discount campaigns cannot be combined with one another.
We ship our items worldwide.
The costs for standard shipping within Germany are EUR 5.95 and EUR 15 within the EU. From an order value of 99 EUR, deliveries within Germany and the EU are free of charge.
Shipping costs outside the EU are 45.00 EUR. From an order value of 350 EUR, deliveries outside the EU are free of charge. Please note that packages are subject to customs duties and import duties in the country to which the order is sent. These costs must be borne by the recipient.
The costs for express deliveries are EUR 45.
It is important to us to support you in the conscious selection of your favorite items in order to avoid unnecessary returns as much as possible. We provide you with a variety of photos of our articles, detailed descriptions and our size chart. The delivery time is approx. 5 to 10 working days after the order date. Wedding dresses and individual custom-made products are dispatched within 21 working days. Delivery times may vary depending on the destination country.
As soon as your order is on its way to you, you will receive a separate email with the shipment details so that you can track your package from this point on. If the tracking link does not work, you can also use the DHL-Seite enter your shipment number and track the package there.
We can also deliver your order to a packing station. Please enter your post number in the "Additional address" field. The term “Packstation” and the number of the Packstation are entered in the “Address” field.
We send our products with DHL parcel delivery.
If you wish, we can send your order faster with a surcharge of 45 EUR. Only valid inner Germany.
If a package cannot be delivered, it will be automatically sent back to us.

Parcels within Germany will be delivered as usual by our shipping service provider DHL. In the case of international deliveries, there may be occasional delays, depending on current developments.
After checking the items you have returned, we will immediately order the reimbursement of the respective order value. The processing takes place according to our AGB within 14 days of receipt of your return.
For refunds, the same payment method is used as when paying for the item. The actual credit to the account or credit card depends on the provider of your respective payment service.

We manufacture our dresses in exclusive small series and on the basis of limited material stocks. However, our classics are always appearing in new versions. You will receive current information on this regularly in our newsletter.
If your favorite model is no longer available, you can contact us at service @ femkit .de report. We are happy to make your dress in an alternative fabric variant as an individual custom-made product.
