Ordering process
You can order from us as a guest or create your own customer account. If you would like to order from us, simply log in with your email address and your personal password.
If you would like to make changes to your order after receiving your order confirmation, please contact our customer service as soon as possible at service@femkit.de
We strive to process your orders as quickly as possible and therefore have only a limited time to make adjustments.
You can view and change your personal data at any time under the menu item “My Account” – “Account Details”.
If you have forgotten your password, you can select "Forgot password" when logging in. After entering your email address, you will receive a link to reset your password.
Payment process
You have different options to choose from for your payment.
Please note that for each payment you will be redirected to the website of the respective payment provider to complete the payment.
We can only process and ship your order once payment has been successfully completed.
The option to purchase on account is carried out by our partner Klarna.
As soon as your order has been shipped, you will receive your invoice by email with the payment steps and a request to pay the invoice within 14 days. Please also check your spam folder.
If you cannot find an email from our partner, we can send you the invoice again at any time.
Our return period is 30 days. If you return parts of your order after the 14-day payment period has expired, our partner will refund the amount already paid to your account.

Please note that we cannot provide any precise background information if payment by invoice is rejected by our partner in individual cases. You can contact Klarna customer service directly here
You can easily enter vouchers and discount codes when paying. The corresponding amounts will then be credited to your account.
Please note that discount codes must be applied before completing the order and checking out, as we are unfortunately unable to credit them afterwards.
Please also note that individual discount promotions cannot be combined with one another.
Shipment
We ship our items worldwide.
The cost for standard shipping within Germany is EUR 5.95 and within the EU EUR 15.00. For orders over EUR 99, shipping is free within Germany. For orders over EUR 150, shipping is free within the EU.
Shipping costs outside the EU are 45.00 EUR.
For orders over 350 EUR, deliveries outside the EU are free of charge.
Please note that packages are subject to customs and import duties in the country to which the order is being sent. These costs must be borne by the recipient. Shipments to third countries are not delivered to packing stations.
The cost for express shipping is 45 EUR. Express shipments are only possible within Germany.
It is important to us to support you in the conscious selection of your favorite pieces in order to avoid unnecessary returns as much as possible. We provide you with a variety of photos of our items, detailed descriptions and our size chart. If you have any further questions about item selection or size allocation, please feel free to contact service@femkit.de at any time.
The delivery time is approximately 5 to 10 working days after the order date. Wedding dresses and custom-made items are dispatched within 21 working days. Delivery times may vary depending on the destination country.
As soon as your order is on its way to you, you will receive a separate email with the shipment details so that you can track your package from that point on. If the tracking link does not work, you can also enter your shipment number on the DHL website and track the package there.

We can also deliver your order to a Packstation. Please enter your postal code in the "Address supplement" field. The term "Packstation" and the Packstation number are entered in the "Address" field. Shipments to third countries are not delivered to Packstations.
We ship our products using DHL parcel shipping.
If you wish, we can also ship your order faster for an additional charge of 45 EUR.
If a package cannot be delivered, it will automatically be returned to us.
If you have any problems with the delivery of your order, please contact service@femkit.de at any time. We will then take care of tracking your package.
Parcels will be delivered as usual within Germany by our shipping service provider DHL. International deliveries may experience occasional delays depending on current developments.

Returns and credits
If an order does not meet your expectations, you can exchange or return the items you ordered within 30 days. Simply send your package back to our Berlin head office:

Returns are free of charge for goods valued at 100€ or more within Germany and the EU. Please send an email to: service@femkit.de
You will then receive a return slip for free return shipping.

After checking the items you have returned, we will immediately issue a refund for the respective order value. Processing will take place in accordance with our terms and conditions within 14 days of receipt of your return.
Refunds will always be made using the same payment method as the item. The actual credit to your account or credit card depends on the provider of your respective payment service.

We are open Monday to Friday between 10 a.m. and 6 p.m.

We manufacture our dresses in exclusive small series and based on limited fabric stocks. However, our classics are constantly appearing in new versions. You will receive regular updates on this in our newsletter.
If your favorite model is no longer available, you can also contact us at service@femkit.de . We will be happy to make your dress for you in an alternative fabric variant as an individual custom-made product.

In the event of a complaint, you can contact our service team directly at service@femkit.de . Please include photos of the item you are complaining about in your email. We will find a solution immediately.
You can purchase Femkit gift vouchers in our webshop as well as in our concept store .
Our newsletter regularly informs you about new products, discount campaigns and current offers. You can easily subscribe to it via our website.
